Scott Sheppard - Pulpit Minister
Scott Sheppard is in his fifth year as pulpit minister for Fairmont Park.  Scott has previously worked at churches in Gorman, TX, Hobbs, NM, Ft. Worth, TX and Mineral Wells, TX.

Scott has been married to Ruth (Tolbert) for 30 years.  They have three grown children.  Scott holds a B.S. in Communication from Tarleton State University and has studied at Abilene Christian University. 
In his free time Scott enjoys sneaking off to the movies, watching sports and spending time with his family.

Don Mitchell - Outreach Minister
Don Mitchell serves as the outreach minister at Fairmont Park.  He also has responsibilities with the “39er’s” as well.  Don and his wife Gayle have lived in Midland for 35 years working with the Ft. Worth & Jax Streets church and the Westside congregation prior to coming to Fairmont in May 2003. 

Don holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Abilene Christian University.  The Mitchell’s have four children: Larry, Shari, Rick and Emily.  They also have four grandchildren.  In his spare time, Don enjoys gardening and yard work.

Ryan Inlow - Education &  

                                 Involvement Minister
Ryan has been the Education and Involvement Minister at Fairmont Park since January of 2006.  He has been in ministry full-time since 1999, most recently leaving Oklahoma where he preached for the Perkins Church of Christ for 3 years.  Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Master of Arts in Ministry from Oklahoma Christian University.

Ryan has been married to his best friend, Maggie, since 1999.  Maggie is an extremely valuable part of his ministry.  They have two children, Maisy who is 4 and Weaver who is 2.  In his spare time Ryan enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, soccer, and most of all playing with his kids.

Steven Smith - Youth Minister
Steven Smith serves as the youth minister at Fairmont Park. Steven has been working in youth ministry since 2002. Steven has previously ministered at Freetown Road Church of Christ in Grand Prairie, Texas and Hillcrest Church of Christ in Arlington, Texas. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Christian Ministry from Dallas Baptist University.

Steven is married to Celeste Smith and they have a six year old daughter named Lily. In his spare time Steven enjoys spending time with his family, paddling Texas rivers, woodworking, and video games.
