The Involvement Ministry assists new and current members in identifying areas of service that correspond to individual interests and talents and assists them selecting one or more of Fairmont Park's ministries as an area of service. 

The ministry maintains preferences of each member, conducts periodic ministry emphasis events, and plans and schedules activities and classes to welcome new members.
